Key Responsibilities:
- Manage podcast recording schedules and coordinate sessions
- Track studio activities and maintain operational logs
- Handle billing and financial aspects of studio operations
- Provide comprehensive production support to podcasters
- Lead front-of-house operations
- Maintain studio equipment and manage maintenance schedules
- Oversee inventory and supply ordering
- Coordinate with production team and hosts
- Ensure compliance with studio protocols and standards
Requirements:
- Experience managing podcast studios or media production facilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with scheduling and operations software
