About This Role

Reporting to the Manager of Technical Education, you’ll be responsible for executing our Canadian and U.S. tax content learning curriculum. This unique blend of education, content creation, and accounting knowledge offers an excellent opportunity to grow your professional network and brand within the CPA community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the Canadian and U.S. tax content learning curriculum
  • Research and identify appropriate guests for each topic
  • Conduct thorough research on tax topics to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Learn podcast production from pre-production through to finished product
  • Ensure educational value and engagement in finished podcasts
  • Collaborate with the technical education team to deliver high-quality CPD content

Requirements

  • Recognized accounting designation (CPA, CA, or equivalent)
  • 3-5 years of U.S. tax experience, preferably in public accounting
  • Experience with C corps, flow-throughs, individual/estate/trust/gift taxation
  • Strong ability to explain complex tax concepts in an accessible way
  • Self-directed learner who can quickly research and master new topics
  • No prior podcast production experience necessary
