Position Overview
Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Video Editing Specialist to review, evaluate, and refine interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows. This is a contract position offering 10-40 hours per week of flexible remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and refine interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows
- Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in video editing materials
- Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve content quality
- Evaluate and enhance AI-generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the accuracy of training data and evaluation protocols
- Ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of professional video editing experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
- Strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques
- Proven experience in audio editing and synchronization
- Solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and motion graphics basics
