About the Role

We are a fast-growing mortgage coaching brand based in Plano, Texas seeking a sharp video editor who can work fast, think creatively, and handle high-volume content production. This is a full-time, on-site position (not remote, not hybrid). You will be a core part of how our brand operates.

What You Will Be Editing

  • Social clips from webinars, live events and coaching sessions — 30 to 90 second vertical 9:16 format for Instagram Reels and Facebook
  • Testimonial clips from coaching clients with precise editor notes, exact timestamps, on-screen text options, and multi-platform exports
  • Podcast and long-form content structured as multi-episode series with cold opens and episode-specific social clip pulls
  • Paid ad creative for Meta (cold audience and warm retargeting in 1:1 and 4:5 formats)
  • Onboarding videos with split-screen layouts combining speaker cam and screen recordings synced in real time

What We Are Looking For

  • Two or more years of professional editing experience with real production work and real deadlines
  • Portfolio demonstrating social-first editing with short-form vertical content, talking head footage, and testimonial clips
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • Ability to work from written briefs independently and accurately
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

What You Are Walking Into

A brand that produces content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube with an active content calendar, organized production pipeline, and detailed editor notes. The volume is real, the briefs are thorough, and standards are high. If you can deliver fast, clean, platform-ready work from detailed briefs, you will thrive here.
