Video Editor and Animator
Daily Wire is seeking a talented Editor/Animator to bring DW Ventures productions to life by transforming raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content. This role works closely with the Director of Post-Production and Production leadership to apply creative vision, strong editing skills, and Daily Wire standards across a wide range of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content
- Apply creative vision and technical expertise to video editing projects
- Create animations and visual effects for productions
- Collaborate with Director of Post-Production and production leadership
- Maintain Daily Wire’s high production standards across all projects
- Contribute to engaging storytelling through technical expertise
- Work on diverse content types from various DW Ventures productions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a video editor and animator
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Animation and motion graphics experience
- Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively
- Understanding of current production trends and best practices
