About Color Beyond

Color Beyond is a video and podcast production company based in Cleveland, Ohio. We help organizations, brands, and small businesses tell meaningful stories through strategic video and podcast content.

Our work includes documentaries, corporate storytelling, events, testimonials, branded content, and podcast production. No two projects look exactly the same, and we are looking for someone who enjoys the variety and creativity that comes with working in a growing production company.

We are a small team with big goals, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and adaptable Content Producer who can help bring stories to life from production through final delivery.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of storytelling. You should have a strong eye for video, confidence behind the camera, and the ability to turn raw footage into compelling stories through editing.

You will work on client productions, podcast content, and Color Beyond’s own brand content while learning and contributing to our production workflow.

Experience with podcast production and studio operations is a plus. While we can train the right person on our specific workflow, we are looking for someone who brings strong storytelling instincts, editing ability, and a willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Film client projects both on location and in studio
  • Edit video content for clients, podcasts, and Color Beyond’s brand
  • Create short-form content from long-form productions
  • Support podcast studio operations and client recording sessions
  • Assist with camera, lighting, and audio setup
  • Organize footage, project files, and media assets
  • Help maintain efficient production workflows
  • Maintain a high standard of storytelling and production quality across all projects

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in video production, editing, or content creation through professional work, freelance projects, internships, and a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual communication
  • Experience working with professional cinema cameras, mirrorless cameras, lighting, and production audio equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients
  • Ability to adapt to different projects, environments, and creative challenges

Growth Opportunity

This is an opportunity to grow with Color Beyond as the company continues to expand.

The right person will have the opportunity to take on more creative ownership, lead productions, improve our workflows, and grow into a larger role within the company.

We are looking for someone who does not just want a job, but wants to help build something.

90 Day Introductory Period

This position includes a 90-day introductory period designed to support onboarding, training, and mutual evaluation. During this time, you will learn Color Beyond’s workflow, production standards, and client expectations while contributing to active projects.

At the conclusion of the introductory period, we will review performance, role alignment, and opportunities for continued growth with the company.
