Video Podcast Producer / Senior Executive Producer
Artisan Talent’s client is seeking a senior Executive Producer to lead and scale a growing portfolio of high-impact video podcasts and video programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production of multiple video podcast series
- Oversee pre-production planning and scheduling
- Manage production budgets and resources
- Coordinate with hosts, guests, and creative teams
- Direct recording sessions and on-set production
- Oversee post-production workflow and quality control
- Develop strategies to grow podcast audience and engagement
- Mentor and lead junior production staff
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience producing video content or podcasts
- Proven track record launching and scaling podcast series
- Strong understanding of video production workflow
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of podcast platforms and distribution
- Creative problem-solving abilities
