- Project Setup & Scheduling: Prepare project estimates and workflows, convert approved estimates into active projects, assign lead editors, balance workloads, and monitor task progress using project management systems.
- Vendor & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate closed captioning with primary vendors (NCI, Verbit, Cotter Media Group) and ensure deliverables meet destination requirements and deadlines.
- Billing Handoff: Verify completed projects are fully documented and route them to accounting for billing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production management (project coordination, producing, or post-production scheduling)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, professional manner with clients and colleagues
- MS Office certification (Word and/or Excel) or demonstrated proficiency
- Comfort working with AI tools to assist with project management
