Lemonada Media is seeking a part-time, temporary Video Producer to join us on a contract basis starting immediately. We are searching for a hands-on Video Producer with genuine taste, a strong creative vision, and an instinct for what makes content resonate. You will join a small, collaborative team where everyone pitches in, from wrangling logistics to managing talent, and getting a first cut done efficiently. Lemonada is on a mission to make life suck less, creating audio and video podcasts that tackle the most human stuff in ways that are entertaining, honest, and worth sharing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Video Producer on upcoming Lemonada Media projects, with the potential to work on multiple series over time
  • Manage recordings (on set and remote) with confidence alongside high-profile talent, keeping shoots smooth, on-schedule, and on-brand
  • Edit video content and oversee post-production workflows
  • Coordinate logistics and manage multiple priorities across internal and external teams
  • Contribute to creative direction and ensure content aligns with Lemonada’s brand voice

Requirements

  • Strong background in video production with hands-on experience managing shoots
  • Proficiency in video editing software and post-production processes
  • Ability to work confidently with high-profile talent and manage on-set dynamics
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
