Job Overview
At Digital Hope, we’re a fast-growing company in Dubai specializing in content creation, podcast production, and digital marketing. We’re now hiring for one of our most critical roles: a full-time Videographer & Podcast Studio Operator who can own our in-studio production, support client shoots, manage gear and file organization, and assist across all stages of content creation.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, takes pride in staying organized, and is ready to grow with a company that’s scaling quickly. You’ll be the backbone of our production workflow and play a direct role in helping our content shine across both our personal brand and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Filming: Set up and operate gear for in-studio and on-site shoots, ensuring all footage meets high production standards.
- Studio Readiness: Maintain a fully functional and organized studio environment, including podcast setups.
- Client Shoots: Handle all logistics for client filming days, including prep, setup, gear handling, and on-set assistance.
- Client Experience: Create a smooth, professional experience for clients throughout the shoot process.
- File Management: Organize, back up, and upload footage efficiently for handoff to the post-production team.
- Gear Organization: Maintain an inventory of production equipment and ensure everything is ready to go.
- Video Editing: Support the post-production team with basic video editing when needed, particularly for short-form or studio-based content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to execute shoots that align with our vision and content strategy.
Key Requirements
- Must be currently based in Dubai and fluent in English.
- Confident in operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Knowledgeable in podcast studio setups and production logistics.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple shoots and studio tasks.
- Friendly and professional when dealing with clients in-studio or on-site.
- Familiar with Dubai’s local shoot logistics and equipment sourcing.
- Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut Pro.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 6,000 per month
- Performance-Based Growth: Evaluation and potential salary increase after 3 months for high-performing team members.
