About the Role
We are seeking to hire a compelling English voice over artist. A voice over artist is expected to interpret scripts well, tell stories, and connect with the audience through their voice. Projects range from YouTube channels to other relevant media requiring versatile voice adaptation across different styles and requirements. Videos will be played on websites and social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret scripts with excellence and tell compelling stories that connect with audiences
- Modify voice according to project requirements, demonstrating versatility across multiple styles
- Perform basic editing and demonstrate proficiency with recording software
- Conduct cold readings with confidence and master all tracks before final submission
- Exhibit excellent writing and editing skills in English with strong fundamental grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Conduct content research using multiple sources and maintain high comprehension standards
- Ensure all-around consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone
- Apply knowledge of keyword placement and SEO best practices where applicable
- Manage own workload and meet deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Education: English medium preference, BA in English or related field
- USA accent required
- Content writing experience
- Basic video editing skills
- Proficiency with recording software
- Strong knowledge and excellent communication skills
- Proven time management abilities
