I’m a senior audio engineer and production leader with 20+ years of experience making complicated things run smoothly.
For six years I led audio production at Heinemann Publishing, where I built their first in-house narrative audio program from the ground up — no roadmap, no predecessor, no infrastructure. I designed the workflow, built the room, and guided 50+ authors and educators through a production process they’d never been near before. That work produced 36+ published titles, two Audie Award Finalist credits, and an AudioFile Earphones Award. During COVID, a lot of that happened with just me in the room.
I tend to be the person productions lean on when things get complicated — on the technical side and the human side. I’ve spent a long time learning how to take the friction out of a session without taking the life out of it. Whether that’s editing a long-form interview series, building a workflow for a new show, or being the steady hand that keeps things moving when they get wobbly — that’s where I do my best work.
I work in Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, and Logic Pro. I’m based in southern Maine, work Eastern time, and I’m easy to get ahold of.
