I’m Amanda, a Podcast Production Manager with experience producing over 80 podcast episodes from the ground up. I work behind the scenes to keep every moving piece on track, from guest coordination and recording logistics to show notes, publishing, distribution, and the systems that keep a podcast running week after week.

My background as an Executive Assistant naturally shaped how I approach production. I enjoy bringing structure to creative projects, anticipating what needs to happen next, and making sure hosts can focus on having great conversations instead of managing workflows.

Whether I’m launching a new show or supporting an established one, my goal is always the same: build a reliable production process that makes podcasting feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more sustainable.
