About Tiana

I help founder-led, expert-led and business podcasts become stronger publishing assets.

My work sits between podcast strategy, production and content publishing. I can take a show from raw recording through editing, packaging, publishing and repurposing, while also helping shape the bigger picture: episode structure, hooks, positioning, discoverability, YouTube packaging, content direction and what to improve based on performance.

I’ve worked across interview-led and solo podcasts, including business, AI, technology, professional services and lifestyle shows. Depending on the project, I can handle the full production workflow or step in as an ongoing podcast/content partner.

Typical support includes:

• Podcast and video editing
• Editorial direction and episode structure
• Cold opens, hooks and pacing
• YouTube titles, thumbnails and packaging
• Podcast SEO and discoverability
• Show notes, chapters and publishing metadata
• Short-form clips and repurposing
• Content planning and publishing systems
• Performance review and recommendations
• Riverside / Descript workflow setup and troubleshooting

I’m especially interested in working with founders, experts and teams who want someone who can think with them rather than simply receive an edit brief and return a file.

For ongoing shows, I prefer monthly partnerships where I can learn the voice, audience and business behind the podcast and continuously improve the publishing system around it.

What I Need from You

To get started, please send:

• A link to your existing podcast / YouTube channel, if applicable
• Raw audio/video files or access to your recording platform
• Your current publishing schedule and typical episode format
• Brand assets and visual guidelines, if available
• Examples of shows or content styles you like
• Your main goal for the podcast (authority, audience growth, leads, thought leadership, etc.)
• Any existing workflow, templates or publishing guidelines

For ongoing partnerships, I’ll also review the current show, packaging and publishing workflow so we can identify what should stay, what should change, and where I can take ownership.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only edit podcasts?
No. Editing can be part of the engagement, but my strongest work is with clients who want help with the broader show — structure, positioning, packaging, publishing, repurposing and ongoing improvement.
Can you manage the entire podcast workflow?
Yes. I can manage the process from recorded files through editing, review, packaging, show notes, clips, publishing assets and delivery. For ongoing clients, we can build a repeatable workflow around your publishing schedule.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Yes. Ongoing partnerships are my preferred way of working with established or growing shows. Monthly engagements typically combine production with strategy, publishing and content support.
Can you work with video podcasts?
Yes. I work with remote and multi-camera video podcasts and can handle editing, speaker switching, pacing, cold opens, YouTube formatting, thumbnails and short-form clips.
Can you help grow an existing podcast?
Yes. I can review the current show, positioning, episode packaging, titles, thumbnails, discoverability, repurposing and publishing workflow, then recommend and implement improvements. I don’t promise artificial download numbers or “viral” growth — the focus is on improving the parts of the show we can actually control.
