Hi, I’m Tomek Stankiewicz, an audio engineer and podcast editor based in Kraków, Poland.

I help creators, businesses and cultural organisations turn raw recordings into clear, natural and professionally finished podcasts. I work in both Polish and English, with a particular focus on interview, educational, expert-led and narrative productions.

My services include dialogue editing, removing mistakes and unwanted sections, noise and reverb reduction, level balancing, mixing, mastering, and adding music, intros, outros and jingles. I adapt the editing style to each project—whether the goal is a tighter, faster-paced episode or a more natural conversation that preserves the speakers’ individual rhythm.

I also edit audio dramas and fiction podcasts, where I combine dialogue, music, ambience and sound effects to create a coherent scene and engaging listening experience.

I hold a degree in Acoustic Engineering from AGH University of Krakow. Before focusing on podcast post-production, I worked as a sound engineer and technician at three radio stations: Radio Kraków, KRK.FM and the student-run Radio17. My radio experience also included reporting and presenting popular science programmes.

I have worked on audiobook recording and post-production, including projects narrated by established Polish actors and authors. This experience has given me a strong understanding of spoken-word editing, storytelling, pacing and vocal clarity.

Audio is my main specialisation, although I also provide straightforward video podcast editing, including audio and video synchronisation, clean cuts, basic multicamera switching, titles, intros and outros, and YouTube-ready exports.

I value clear communication, reliable delivery and an editing process tailored to the creator’s goals. My aim is not to make every recording sound artificially perfect, but to remove distractions and help the content, personality and story come through naturally.
