WJPZ, the student-run radio station at Syracuse University, recently marked 50 years on the air. To commemorate the occasion, I create a living history of the station – interviewing over 120 alumni. These alumni graduated in all decades of the stations history – from the 1970’s to the 2020’s. We asked them how they found the radio station, what they did there, the friends they made, lessons learned, and what they’ve done since graduation.
