What Makes You Unique as a Podcast Producer?
A “Brewing” Philosophy: Much like brewing the perfect cup of coffee, you believe that without the right foundational ingredients (a strong narrative and pristine raw audio), post-production polish won’t save a show. This drives your meticulous focus on the core story before adding digital flair.

True End-to-End Expertise: While many producers specialize strictly in creative direction or technical execution, you handle both independently. You design compelling interview structures and host, while also executing the deep technical work of long-form video editing, live-stream moderation, and platform management.

Marketing & PR Integration: Thanks to your extensive background as a digital marketing manager, you don’t just produce a podcast and hope people listen. You know how to build a brand around a show. You utilize A/B testing, metadata optimization, and influencer outreach to ensure your content reaches its target audience and drives growth.

A Video-First, Interactive Approach: Recognizing the industry shift toward visual platforms, you integrate video natively into your production pipeline. By managing live streams on platforms like Rumble and YouTube, moderating chats, and deploying on-screen assets, you turn passive listeners into an active community.

Unwavering Consistency: In a medium where “podfade” is common, your reliability stands out. You have a proven track record of producing, hosting, and editing over 150 weekly episodes with a 100% on-time delivery rate, ensuring audiences always get content when they expect it.

What I Need from You

1. The Raw Media
Never assume a client knows how to export files correctly. Be specific about what formats you expect.

Raw Video Files: High-resolution recordings (1080p or 4K).

Isolated Audio Tracks (Multitracks): Ask for separate audio files for the host and each guest (WAV preferred, or MP3). Platforms like Riverside or Squadcast provide these automatically.

B-Roll or Screen Shares: Any extra footage they want overlaid during the conversation.

2. Brand Assets
You need their visual identity to make the video look like their show, not a generic template.

Logos: High-resolution, transparent PNGs or vector files.

Brand Kit: Their exact brand colors (Hex codes) and custom fonts for lower-thirds and captions.

Show Packaging: Their standard intro/outro video files, music beds, and transition sound effects (stings).

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is included in the $350 per-episode package?
My complete episode production package includes:

Audio: Full noise reduction, EQ, leveling, cutting out mistakes/fillers, and mixing in your intro, outro, and sponsor ads.

Video: Multi-camera switching, syncing isolated audio tracks, lower-third graphic placement, and color correction.

Marketing Assets: 2–3 short-form viral vertical clips (for TikTok/Reels/Shorts) with captions, plus full show notes with episode summaries and key timestamps.
Is there a limit on the raw footage length or number of speakers?
The $350 rate covers up to 60 minutes of final finished episode length (from up to 90 minutes of raw footage) and up to 3 total speakers (e.g., 2 hosts + 1 guest). If your raw files are over 90 minutes or feature 4+ participants, please reach out for a custom quote.
Do you upload the final files directly to my podcast host and YouTube?
Yes! If you provide delegate access to your podcast host (e.g., Libsyn, Buzzsprout, Spotify for Podcasters) and YouTube channel, I can schedule the uploads, upload thumbnails, add show notes, and configure chapter markers for you as part of your package.
What is your turnaround time for a full episode?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 4 business days from the time I receive all raw files, assets, and edit notes. If you need a guaranteed 24- to 48-hour rush turnaround, it can be added for an additional rush fee.
How do revisions work?
Each episode includes 1 round of revisions to ensure you are 100% happy with the final edit. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the draft. Additional edit rounds outside the original scope (such as re-recording audio or completely restructuring a segment) are billed at my standard hourly rate.
How should I send you my raw audio and video files?
Once we initiate the project on Podwires, I will provide a dedicated link to a private Google Drive/Dropbox folder. You can upload your raw multitrack files (from platforms like Riverside, Squadcast, or Zoom) directly into that folder.
What equipment or settings do you recommend I record with?
For the best results, I recommend recording isolated multitrack audio (WAV preferred, or 320kbps MP3) and 1080p/4K video at 30 or 60 fps. Using dynamic microphones in a quiet room and recording on platforms like Riverside.fm or Squadcast will yield broadcast-quality results.
