Production for a boutique podcast agency serving interior designers. I managed four shows (Thrive in Design, PMI, Pretty Smart Podcast, and Marketing School for Creative): directed live remote recordings in Squadcast, repaired inconsistent guest audio, edited and mastered every episode, and delivered audio plus select video episodes on tight turnarounds.

Results / Outcomes
Downloads rose 20% after the audio-quality and distribution changes. I standardized loudness at -16 LUFS for audio and -14 LUFS for YouTube video, and expanded distribution to more podcast directories.
