Small Business Growth Today

Published on September 29, 2026

The episode’s central problem was straightforward: small business owners know they need to create content, but content often gets pushed aside when there is no predictable free time.

That became the starting point for deciding what to pull from the conversation. The point about owners creating content only when they have spare time became the basis for the Problem social post. The host’s example of publishing twice a week gave me a different angle for the Insight post, rather than making both posts say essentially the same thing.

In the blog, I developed the discussion around customer questions, common mistakes, and service tips. The Action post focused on the host’s suggestion to write down five recent customer questions and use those as starting points for future content.

The final set included the show notes, five social media posts, an 800–1,000-word blog article, and three promotional snippets.
